The Burning Fight show went down this past Saturday at Tradition. It was dope; lots of old friends and new faces. Through the nineties I was peripherally involved in L.A.'s hardcore scene, and it was amazing to see a small slice of this era documented. This exhibit made it all new again.
Brings to mind "Kensington Gardens" by Trembling Blue Stars:
Everyone's looking for something that matters and we matter.
To be known is everything.
In case you were wondering...
(Credits, in no particular order: Don Irwin, Dave Sine, Dan Rawe, Andrew Kline, Don Ward, Katie O'Donell, and those I forgot. And me. And sometimes Y.)
