My zine LOST has been invited to be part of the Snow Magazine Cafe in Tokyo. It will be a month-long celebration of art, design, and culture magazines from around the world at Cafe Pause in August. I will post more info as the date nears (which is soon, yikes!)

Awesome designer and all around International Man of Mystery Ian Lynam sent over a copy of his 'zine Liminal: An Examination of Graffiti in Tokyo. It was published in conjunction with a presentation for the Artalking series of lectures on contemporary aesthetics held in Roppongi.

"The bulk of graffiti in Tokyo is not highly decorative, multi-colored murals- pretty surface coatings with vaguely decipherable lettering. Graffiti in Tokyo tends toward "bombing" -tagging and throwups- the less 'painterly' aspects of graffiti," sez Lynam.

The 'zine features work by some of Tokyo's top street lettering and imaging troublemakers including Almond, Toms, Essu, QP, Sekt, Wanto, and others.

Free Copy Tokyo is ('natch) a free 'zine capturing some glimpses of graffiti on Tokyo's streets. I got the first printing of 24 (with built-in sticker!) ready for the first 24 people who hit me up with a mailing address and/or I run into that want a copy.

(Remember, the comments section is public, so if you don't want your mailing address put on blast for all to see, emailing it is best.)

Not sure when the next print run will be, so first come, first served... While supplies last! First run is out of print. If they run out, you can also:

• Save some trees and view online here.

• Not save some trees and print your own by downloading this file.
(Print pages in order, back-to-back. When done, staple down the middle and fold in half. Or fold in half and staple down the middle, whichever floats your boat.)

The homie Biser just put out a sick 'zine of his work, ranging from black and white sketches to full-on color productions.

Give him a visit on the 'ol Myspace here.

I done did this zine to accompany the Burning Fight show at Tradition. It contains outtakes from the book and bonus material from the collections of Andrew Kline and Ray Macondo (aka my other stunt double.)

Grab one while they're hot at the show, or nab the PDF here.

The homie Skypage kicked me down with a copy of this rad collabo 'zine Disaster, featuring work by Skypage, Lance Mountain (yes, THE Lance Mountain!), and Thomas Yu. Published in 2009 by Heelbruise Press.

Mysterious 'zine website here.
