My Grandma just found my very first English dictionary stored away in her garage. It featured all the characters from Peanuts by Charles Schulz. I learned a lot from this book and read it thousands of times... (But, c'mon, "water," yeah right!)

I've been a long time admirer of Rini Templeton and her art. Her commitment to social justice and the struggles of everyday people is a great inspiration and a testament to the strength and power of visual communication. I am posting a selection of her work in honor of the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day.
